Get training simulation performance
GET/api/api_gateway/customer/simulations/training/:simulation_id/performance/
Returns every employee's performance in one training simulation: status, enrollment and completion dates, time spent, points and performance scores. These are the same rows as the Admin Training Reports "User Performance" report, narrowed to the given simulation. Inactive employees are included unless you pass active=true; the Admin page hides them by default.
